Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SEO Monitor application (the “Service”) operated by VirtueNetz at https://seomonitor.virtuenetz.com. By signing in or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About the Service

SEO Monitor is an internal operations tool used by VirtueNetz to plan, track, and measure search engine optimization work across websites we own or are authorized to monitor. The Service ingests data from Google Search Console (with explicit owner consent) and supports task assignment, evidence collection, outcome verification, and reporting for the VirtueNetz SEO team.

3. Eligibility and account access

The Service is restricted to members of the VirtueNetz team who have been explicitly added to the workspace by an authorized owner. You must:

• Sign in using a Google account approved by the workspace owner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Google account credentials.
• Notify VirtueNetz immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Be at least 16 years old. The Service is not intended for use by children.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data, accounts, or features that you have not been explicitly authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe any third party’s rights, or send unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use any data exposed by the Service for purposes other than your assigned SEO work for VirtueNetz.

5. Google API data and your responsibilities

When you, as a workspace owner, connect a Google Search Console property to the Service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to that property and to the data it exposes. Your use of Google user data through the Service is also governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Service’s Privacy Policy.

6. Content you submit

Tasks, comments, evidence URLs, and any other content you create in the Service belong to VirtueNetz and to the workspace as part of its operational record. You retain ownership of any independent intellectual property you incorporate (for example, links to your own work product), but you grant VirtueNetz a non-exclusive license to display, store, and use that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the SEO program.

7. Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any data within it is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VirtueNetz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, which for an internal tool is typically zero.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to authorized team members. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
